Hallsands
Hallsands, a village that slipped into the sea. Hallsands was a small fishing village in Devon with houses on cliffs above shingle. During the late 19th cantuary dredging removed the shingle and by the early 20th centuary stormy weather had caused the village to collapse into the sea.
In the distance Start Point with it's lighthouse can be seen.
